Can I drink the tap water?
No, even through we have just replaced our filtration system and have our own well water. We don't recommend you drink the water. We provide bottled water in the rooms and have a refill station at reception.
Do I need to turn off the air conditioning, when I leave the room?
Yes, of course we understand its hot and if you are from cold country it might be difficult to adapt. But please be mindful to turn off the air conditioning when you leave the space. We would like to ensure we have a low environmental impact, and who needs to give the large utility companies even yet more money.
Can I flush toilet paper down the toilet.
No, please do not flush toilet paper or sanitary items down the toilet. Kindly use the bin provided to help us keep our plumbing running smoothly. Thankyou for your understanding.
What time is check-out?
Check out time is 11am, if you need a later check out we may be able to accommodate, so please ask. But bear in mind, Sau might have to stay late, so be kind and leave her a tip.
What do I do if I lose the key?
Please advise us and we will replace, but it will cost 500 Baht.
Spending time in the jungle.... what are the expectations?
Well you may have realised you are virtually living in the jungle. So you are going to hear different noises and sounds.
You may encounter monkeys jumping on the roof and lizards and other jungle creature's on the paths, please respect them but be careful. Therefore please do not let children run around unsupervised.
What do you do if the power goes out?
Dont panic, it normally comes back on pretty quickly. The island is developing and sometimes they do infrastructure work. So if you are a DTV holder and need to work go to Koh Hub. Otherwise go to the beach and chill out.
Can I bring food into the room?
Yes, but do not leave any opened food out to attract the ants. Please put everything possible in the fridge.
